| If prevent plant shouldn't be allowed, then i guess we can scrap swampbuster then and tile whatever we want to. Prevent plant ties into the change in weather patterns i referenced. The same thing that has caused small grains to become afflicted with quality issues is the same reason why prevent plant is so prevalent here. TOO MUCH RAIN!!!!
