Knobs are set like you suggested.
I took the switch out and unplugged/plugged in a few times. Now I get no action at all when I press forward to lower. The raise side still seems OK.
Move your depth potentiometer away from the bottom of the range, up above 9 and it should stop going to float. Did it in 2 8600's yesterday. All the way down is float on the depth knob.
