And once again, perhaps the pressure on the international shipping was the motivation all along??
As far as the obliteration of the nuclear program......I guess I could see succesdfully annihilating their production, but perhaps there was already some finished product stashed away that needs dealt with now. Or not. Perhaps let the Europeans figure that last one out.
