Hennepin, IL | Truly 0 net worth? I think interest expense would be the least of everyone's worries at that point.
Saw you changed it. Gonna have to define "near zero" and how much they're borrowing and the margins for any kind of answer. Somebody that has 10k in net worth could be considered near 0, but if theyre only borrowing 5k and looking to clear 5k on that deal, interest expense is probably not much of a worry.
