NE Nebraska		Those fuel problems for all these other countries are just giving us a bad name I'm afraid. Meanwhile Russia sending oil tankers abroad to these other countries only strengthens their relationship with them. Mean while we look like the bad guy causing higher prices and our relationships deteriorate.
