West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12		Soil moisture conditions are near perfect for this time of year here...but a little on the wet and cold side yet to think about planting anything.

Tile have all opened up...some tile ran all winter like they usually do so plenty of subsoil moisture here as well.
