My Dad always said if you don’t own it you don’t control it.
I know you are paying rent on the 2 acres and they should not be taking advantage of you.
Another way to look at it is which will bother you the most the landowner parking on the 2 acres or driving by and watching another farmer working the whole 50 acres?
