Middlesex County, Ontario | I would come to terms with it mentally and not let it bother my anymore. It's not going to change. It's built into the price, whether you knew it or not. No use stressing over it.
Edit: You could maybe show them a yield map if they are the type that would be open to that. If you were sharecropping that'd be an easier conversation than if you were purely renting.
