I doubt it’s nutritional unless you’ve made a major ration change. Broken legs here are generally a result of cow disposition, pen setup or a handler mistake/inexperience.
Could also just be plain bad luck, since from your post this isn’t your first time. Been a bit of a year here for strange coincidences too. If misery loves company… good luck
