Everyone thinks the other guys are the ones that are going to eat less beef. Wishful thinking I suppose. I calve out a few hundred a year, I've never bothered to order a ribeye in my life. Blows me away the guys that probably shouldn't be buying $40 steaks are the ones ordering it.
