SW OH | Reds have been around here more than 50 years. I've only seen the black heads for maybe 15 years. Seems like they only leave for a few months around Christmas. My cows don't pay any attention to them unless they are on the ground. They've been here more than a month now. There is a state park near here where there is thought to be thousands of them. The blacks will gladly attack and kill live animals as well as eat the already dead.
