Calculate up the N P and K values of what you are feeding first. 60% of that goes back out the cow conservatively.
That's what I was thinking was the only way to estimate anything. But I would have guessed 90%. Wouldn't be too hard to figure out the numbers though, if you can find the total NPK in a steer.
