Phostoxin works if you can get it and it is cheap. I think you need a pesticide applicators license and I don't think it can be shipped for safety reasons. At least that is the case in Canada. Heavier than air so it stays in the holes. There is also propane and oxygen. there are outfits in Canada that make them I think they are called "The Gophinator"
