To piggy back on this thread, how do you like the cast twisters? Curious from anyone that has ran both. Hoping to get couple more years out of the plastic twisters.
On my last planter I had Copperhead plastic furrow cruisers and was very disappointed in how fast they seemed to wear. On my new planter before last spring, I went with the cast ring Yetter Twisters. I only have one year on them but just from a performance standpoint they close the trench better than the Copperheads. When I was researching some said that in some soil types that dirt built up on the cast, but I've had zero problems with that in my soils.
