| At what diameter do you guys usually replace the opener discs? I took off a couple rows and I’m measuring 15 and 3/16” to 15 and 3/8”. My book says replace at 14”, but I think that’s a misprint, I see I had scratched that out and put 15” instead. A new one is called 16”, but is actually more like 15 and 7/8”. Would you replace them at my dimensions before planting almost 1,700 acres this spring? It’s a 40’ 24 row planter. Also, do you always replace the seed tube guide or “finger” that is down between the discs when putting new openers on? Mine are noticeably worn a little narrower than a new one. Thanks
