Subject: RE: Breaking in tractor engine after overhaul?

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
My nephew uses the tractor and he has used it some since the overhaul. This has been with cattle manure. He has a dump trailer (gravel truck converted to a trailer) that he uses to stock pile manure in a pile until the fields are fit. He would normally let the tractor idle while loading which doesn't take very long but has been shutting it off now.

Thanks for the replies. Sounds as if being careful about too much idling is the main thing. I didn't ask the shop if they used break-in oil. I will check with them and see what their recommendation is as far as when to change it to normal oil.
