Jeffersonville, OH | 15 and 39 are for the fender switches, doesn't really narrow them down by left or right, but you have codes for both the 3pt switches, and the hyd remote switch which may be on one fender or both.
As far as the rest of the issues, do you have a rocker switch for raise and lower, or do you have "soft buttons" with a raise, neutral, and lower?
I attached the error code listing, and also attached a picture of the 3 adjustment knobs for the controls under the cover.
LH knob is for Draft/Position control, and for 99% of jobs should be turned fully counterclockwise to POSITION control only.
Center knob is raise height, and typically we run that all the way up, but you can adjust it for your job if you don't want it to raise the arms all the way for a quick return to work position, or need to set a certain height.
RH knob is Lower speed, clockwise into the red portion of the scale is Automatic lower speed, which can be very slow with no weight on the arms, so I typically set the knob just before the red section of scale. Again, adjust as needed for your use.
Knowing what those 3 knobs do is key to the hitch acting the way you want. POSITION control and not DRAFT is the real important part, if it's in draft with little to no weight on the arms they will NOT react the way people expect them to.
