Im sure there are others with more knowledge and experience than me, but I always for sure try to limit idle time as much as possible for the first couple hundred hrs after we overhaul an engine. If it were me I would probably shut the tractor off while loading manure. It should get a pretty good load while roading loaded I would think. If you are super fast at loading (not much idle time) I probably wouldn't worry about it. Just my opinion though, probably be someone that doesn't agree.
