| Wen we run 28 from the tractor, the pump, flow meter and servo valve are all on the tractor. For our system I was able to daisy chain the controller at the tractor as well, just outside the back window so I had short control cables.
For filling the tractor from the back while filling with seed, we ran a 2" hose from the tractor all the way back to the planter straight to the tanks.
We then had a 1" hose from the tanks that fed out rearward after the servo valve to the two banks of 12 red balls, then 5# check valves with orifices on the row unit.
For us it was simple and easy and gave us even flow.
