Results Wont be seen for 20 years I have several farms where I can show you where the lots were 50 years ago, just buy where are the better crops are.
If I was buying land, I would much rather buy a livestock farm where all the hay was fed, versus the farm that’s been harvested for hay for the last 20 years and nothing put back.
