39.48, -82.98 | Have you been reading about all the hacked cameras in Iran? Iran was using hundreds of thousands of cameras to monitor its people, ramping up the numbers after the uprising earlier this year.
The Israelis hacked the camera systems and used them to track and target Irani leadership. Another cool accomplishment for the good guys, we're all thinking.
But now think about which countries are making the electronics that could, in theory, be used against us. It behooves us to identify and begin eliminating these weak points. If that means paying a few dollars more for an American product, I'm okay with that. | |
