I would go about your business and not worry about.. Easiest way to “expand” a farm is livestock but that’s different than it used to be too.. Farming a bunch of high dollar rented acres and busting your behind so the landowner can profit doesn’t sound appealing to me… Always be ready financially for a farm that comes up for sale…
