Wheelersburg and Lancaster, Ohio
They said they had to change it to stop big timber companies from buying a tract of timber and calling themselves farms. This was in 2014ish. I think log trucks still get the over weight deal as grain trucks. Same reasoning. how do you weigh a truck that is loaded in the woods or field.
My point to ihman was that Kentucky much easier to get along with than Ohio.
Sounds like Ohio is easier than a lot of states.
