Wheelersburg and Lancaster, Ohio
In Ohio logs from your own farm sold to a log buyer at their yard are commercial. in Kentucky farm exemption applies to logs. I sell almost all my logs, cut in Ohio, in Kentucky. I’ve heard if you get a ticket in Ohio and take it to a judge with your schedule F tax form, to prove you are a farmer, they will throw it out.
To the op I’d at least talk to the prosecutor and judge.
