Sanilac Co. Michigan | Wish I could give you a perfect answer that would satisfy you ethically and economically, but that's not realistic. I was in the same situation you are and I think I maintained my integrity at a cost. Thing is, what's a clear conscience worth, what value do you assign to that?
I survived, did manage to to gain ground (and lose it), settled for some less then ideal ground and managed to make it work and adapted. Now I'm at the other end and at this point I don't care to get all worked up in a bidding war over some marginal piece of dirt and most all my rented ground is marginal. All this to say, you can do it, but probably not as fast, or in the style you'd prefer. | |
