A data center is just a giant building full of servers. Anytime somebody save something to the cloud. It's actually being saved to a data center. There still has to be a physical place to store all this data. It isn't just in The ether.

A search engine works differently now than it used to. You pay for position on results for a search engine. That's why sponsored results come up first. Modern search engines use what they call spiders to actually scan entire websites for the keywords that you queried.

There is no master index like a Rolodex. Ai is different in that it can search deeper into directories for information. Not searched for by the regular spiders. It can then amalgamate data from multiple sources into a result. It's that interpolation of the data that takes the extra processing power.
