If it is advertised as a child-free cruise, in actuality, it's up to the cruise line to enforce that rule. Should have happened well ahead of departure. Failing that, the OP purchased and committed to a child-free cruise.......if he'd committed to another form of exclusive cruise....clothing-optional, New Mexico residents only, left-handed people only.....would he still be entitled to expect that criteria to be upheld? My opinion is, yes, he should be able to rely on the stipulated boundaries being enforced.
