SW OH | I get 20-30 a day on my company phone. This has been going on for over 2 years. Never the same number twice, so blocking numbers is pointless. Having my number put on the do not call list made it worse. They would often leave a voicemail, "hello, are you still there"? My out going message is now 5 minutes of silence. That helped. Answering and harassing them usually helps, but sometimes increases the number of calls. It's gotten to the point I don't look at my phone when it rings.
