ec illinois champaign | there are some utilities still doing net metering in Illinois , yes comed and ameren ended it ( full net metering ) january 1st 2025, , yes the residential tax credit ended january 1 2026, yes you can still get the federal tax credit on business and commercial, there are alot that have gone out or will go out, as the federal tax credit for business/ commercial solar goes thru december 31,2027, then its drops to 0. and that means it must be built and turned on by december 31.2027.if anyone has any other questions my email is good | |
