Driftless SW Wisconsin

Do you feel those are or were Line 1 problems? I'm not very familiar with Line 1 (horned) genetics.

Foot and disposition problems are certainly common in Angus and other breeds. That's why Angus has foot and disposition EPDS.

None of those are problems in my Herefords.  Maybe it's because my bull suppliers (mostly Schu-Lar and EFBeef bulls) have bred those problems out.

Each of those can and do occur in all breeds. However I think those problems (feet, udders, prolapses, disposition, fertility) are ancient history as Hereford "breed characteristics" and long gone from most reputable Hereford bull breeders.
