Pretty much every place its hard to expand unless you have cash to buy land or go and finance it.
Rental land up for bids is almost always bid to the point were there is no profit left.
Other than those that own the acres they farm everybody is in the same boat .Owned acres with debt is much different than paid for acres. Its discouraging but unfortunetely that is the way it is
