Its tough, but if people dont know youre looking they arent going to come to you either. Some people look at it like strictly business and do whatever they can to grow, others go after whatever they can to grow for greed, others spend their whole career waiting for it to come to them, which may or may not ever happen. I dont know what the right answer is......
