As soon as I saw your opening line, my first thot was "good luck"
I don't think you'll get bombarded with suggestions because its tough to get land being Mr.Nice Guy.
There's lots of good farmers out there that take care of the land, but they're aggressive and will pay what it takes.
Doesn't mean they're back stabbers either.
