95 miles NW of Quitaque, TX | I graduated from a 4020/3020 open cab and 4320/5020 with a cab but only AC was opening all the windows to a new 4440 that I drove for a farmer just before I started my first job in 1982. I thought I had died and went to heaven. The tractor was quiet, AC worked, radio worked and I got off the tractor not dirty. I drove that tractor for 78 hours that week. The guy paid me $5 per hour and he gave me a nickel raise for doing so many hours. Big check in 1952.
