Driftless SW Wisconsin | Finally no snow so worked the yearling heifers on the third try. Snow has caused us to reschedule twice. Amazing difference from last week. Vet would not have been able to get his truck out with the ice and drifted snow. Heifers looking good.
Unfortunately some critters chewed through my scale wires so have to splice them and run them through again. Starting to feel like spring although ground is still frozen underneath and in spots.
