That is a totally untrue statement to paint all dealers with the same broad brush. Apparently you've had 1 bad experience and now they're all bad in your eyes.
I don't remember the last time a dealer of any color/brand was anything less than helpful. Maybe we're just lucky but I don't think so.
They're just trying to make a living like anyone else.
