If you paid for a certain type of cruise, and your ticket said you were booked on that type of cruise, that is what you should have had.
Not any different than if you bought a pickup that was advertised as having 25,000 miles, was sold as having 25,000 miles, and all paperwork involved said it had 25,000 miles, and the one you got showed 75,000 miles on the odometer. | |
