SW WI | Amazon could not make a deal USPS so this fall Amazon will be pulling away from USPS 6 billion shortfall to USPS. UPS is cutting down working with Amazon citing high last mileage cost low margin. UPS is restructuring.
So maybe same reason USPS back away from Amazon? To low margin.
I doubt in my lifetime but wonder if one day be a monthly fee to get mail. 3 day delivery? I don't know, but USPS is losing so much money every year.
USPS has removed many smaller sorting centers.
If I send my neighbor a letter. The letter goes 3 hours north to sorting center, back 3 hours south to the bigger town 30 minutes north to the smaller post office by me and bingo delivered. Just example.
(yes it is easier to send a cell phone text message)
I just sent bill out due 15th next month, going to Arizona. Hopefully make it in time . :O)
