Day Co. SD | I was 19 in the spring of 1993. That year I was working for a beekeeper who took his hives to Texas for the winter. We were just north of Houston along US69.
So I did get to see many hundreds of other people driving by on the way to Galveston Island.
The radio station we listen to during the afternoons was on site broadcasting and allowing me to live vicariously through the radio.
Me and another guy made plans to go down and poke around one Saturday but it rained all day and we never got another chance. | |
