Give it time it'll come out of it, don't turn out on grazing rotations until the fescue's got at least 4 leaves to it anyway or you'll pay for that mistake the rest of the year. One good thing about the rain and snow/cold last week is I got all my red clover broadcast a day before it and it's already sprouted looks like it might be a pretty good stand .
