They dont actually pull a whole lot of power. I had one set up one time with the basic 75w inverters you plug into a cig lighter. Then just a pigtail cig lighter hooked to the battery.

If you want to get serious about the setup, get a water tight box like shown and install cable glands where your wires will pass thru. Place it in the shade as much as you can, as it does get warm inside.. But I found if they aren't sealed tight - some water, and especially ants will make it their home. And they make a heck of a mess as they fill it all with sand.
