Car washes fit in well here. Saved our butt in the eighties. But I’m in the south. Not going to sell mine, too easy to operate. We have 5 car washes and 1 coin-op laundry.. Also farm about 500 acres and run around 200 head cow-calf op. Sure is a lot of negative comments. hmmm
