South Central NE | I am pretty sure that NE has a state wide burning ban in place right now. I am not sure when it will be lifted. I believe they need to fine people who don't obey it. The people who have to respond to these unlawful acts are in a lot of cases missing work or family. The equipment costs are huge when the trucks have to roll. And if the word gets out that the law means business people might just think twice before lighting a match. | |
