Look up Slim Dusty, the day we sold the farm. If you have even one sentence close from the lyrics, Google lyrics, then your sentence from the song, almost without fail if you have the words even close, it will pop up the song. But you have to put the word lyrics there to narrow your search.
I googled the "a lifetime in the cattle and hay" and nothing came up, but that appears to be the song. Thanks.
