I don't know. Some sure don't understand their responsibility and liability when they set stuff on fire. All I know is you can't get much blood from a turnip. I have been scared of a similar situation here with some burning that's happened in our small community lately. I am the bad guy for saying anything about it. Crazy weather lately with some really strong winds.
