Subject: Yesterday and today was a red flag warning days

NW MO and Eastern Nebr
The neighbor decided to burn some crp, it got away from them and went NE from me and my cabin. Burned down the neighbors shed, but they saved the house. Burned a pretty good swath. They got main fire put out. Thought we dodged a bullet, this morning, the wind changed, coming out of the north at 25, the fire restarted and came across my crp. They saved my shed and cabin, but I'm assuming there's smoke damage inside and the crp was both disked and plowed for fire breaks. They said it's pretty rough, I can't get down there to put eyes on it right now.
Neighbors are calling me telling me I'll be part of the liability claim. What can I expect the process to be like?
