The attitude and overall environment I see in our schools is underwhelming, and they don’t seem to understand why kids don’t want to be there. It’s meant to be educational not a penal experience.
But my kids aren’t just hanging out when they’re out of school. They’re working, going to livestock sales, cattle shows, athletic events etc. and in my opinion, they’re probably learning more on those days than they would in school. | |
