I have two good friends from my teacher days who went into administration in a large area urban district. They both have said that the teacher attendance on Fridays is under 50%. The teachers! It’s not just personal days or continuing education stuff. It cruises. Tee times. Mental health days. The students learn by example. Taxes keep going up while test scores keep going down.
