E.Central MN | I probably didn't give the correct way that the meters work, just pointed out that the dials are set up to register on different scales so the half cubic foot dial will turn before the next size/etc. The pipeline changed out the dial meter on our farm tap and installed a digital scale meter. I read one of the higher dial meters wrong one time, and got a really big bill for almost a year's worth of service. I contacted the billing dept and apologized for my error and they issued a new billing statement. I was more careful after that. | |
