Valley, NE | We have a small grass pad/ campsite down on the river (1.5 acres) that we have been regrowing grass on since 2019 floods. It is predominately blow sand that we have a pretty good stand on. but we want to reseed with our drill over the top and tighten up a few bare spots. It's mostly k-1 fescue, but a good amount of red and white clover has come up. We have very little weed pressure. We water and mow weekly during the summer.
Should we fertilize it now, then overseed/reseed it in a couple weeks or seed it in a couple weeks and wait to fertilize. until May or later? we looking at over/seeding it in about the middle of April due to ground temp/ people schedules/ ect.
